Your ritual of deep rest begins the moment you place your order. At Moonlit Rest, we partner with specialized global artisans to ensure each 6A Mulberry Silk piece is crafted and handled with the utmost care.
1. Processing Your Ritual
Once your order is confirmed, our artisans begin the preparation of your silk items.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
- Note: During peak wellness seasons or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Estimates
To bring you premium silk at an accessible luxury price point, we ship our collections directly from our international craft partners.
- Standard Insured Shipping: 10–15 business days.
- Total Delivery Window: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your Moonlit Rest items to arrive at your sanctuary.
3. Tracking Your Rest
Peace of mind is part of the ritual. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can follow your package’s journey directly on our site or through our global courier partners.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Moonlit Rest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Items
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@moonlitrest.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your replacement to ensure your sleep ritual is not interrupted.
