What grade of silk do you use?
Our silk products are made with 100% 6A long-strand Mulberry silk, selected for its softness, smooth finish and durability. Hypoallergenic and breathable, it is designed to feel gentle against skin and hair night after night.
How do I care for my silk?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent, or use a delicate machine cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Avoid tumble drying — lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Store folded in the dust bag provided.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and tracking details will be provided where available.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sleep masks that have been worn cannot be returned. Please contact us at info@moonlitrest.com to arrange a return.
